Greek Homes is comprised of a group of private real estate developers from Northern Greece, namely Chalkidiki.
We construct, develop and sell newly-built residential homes every year in Greece, and we seek to provide them with the utmost quality for our customers, all met by the most stringent building construction standards. We also mediate the sale of other properties in the region and in the country.
Our definition of success is the full satisfaction of our partners by our added-value solutions and service.
We work with various construction projects where we constantly emphasize customer needs in planning their own future house. The project portfolio includes medium and small scale property developments. We specialize in financing the acquisitions and new development of real estate, but we are also working with land-for-property exchange contracts. Our key development projects occur in the field of seafront property, such as in Chalkidiki.
In 2004 we built and sold our first homes in Pefkochori, Chalkidiki to six happy domestic/international customers (see Reference Project). Since then our confidence has grown and ambitions have risen, and therefore we believe it is time to broaden our offering to prospective international clients - so come to Greece and see our properties, for we are convinced Greece is an excellent choice for your future residence.
We at Greek Homes are fluent in English, Swedish and Serbo-Croatian and are aware that for a successful property transaction from international clients clarity in speech and writing, in particular for legal documents and stated conditions have to be provided. All our notaries and lawyers are fluent in English and copies of all the documentation and contracts are provided in the English language. We have representatives in Sweden, Greece and Serbia.
