Single semi-detached family home interior property description
 Each two-storey semi-detached family home has an area of 141 m² (net indoor area) plus three balconies that make up 40 m² (181 m² altogether). This space covers five bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower cabinets, a fitted kitchen (see image to your right), a living room with a functional fireplace, plenty of indoor storage space e.g. place for a washing machine, closets etc. The house is also equipped with installations for a heating boiler as well as pipe installations for heating and fresh water and sewage.
In addition to the above, each house has an alarm system - cables fully installed, as well as air condition and heating system accommodations, plus Cable TV, Satellite, and telephone (in every room).

We offer you the possibility to design your own houses according to your personal preferences. Many people desire a very spacious house with a well-appointed interior. In our Paliouri project, our solution to such needs is to fully attach the two houses, merging them into one, and thus creating a larger living space.
Each deluxe property has an area of 265 m² (net indoor area) plus six balconies. This makes a total space of 345 m², with seven bedrooms, four bathrooms: two with shower cabinets and two with bathtubs, one fully fitted kitchen and dining place, two living rooms with two functional fireplaces, plenty of indoor storage rooms e.g. place for a washing machine, closets etc. The house is also equipped with installations for a heating boiler as well as pipe installations for heating and fresh water and sewage.
