Layout of the Greek Estate
In the illustration below, you can see the complex of six houses and their positioning on the layout plan. The houses are identical in construction but vary in terms of amount of plot land
they pertain and the elevation of the properties. Also, the last two properties (labeled 1 and 2) can be interlocked to create the "Deluxe Property" with a combined plot/garden surface of 2 000 m² and indoor space of 265 m². Properties labelled 1-4 can also be sold individually as single semi-detached family homes. Due to all the above discrepancies or possible changes, the prices tend to vary from house to house
